Angela Portia Gqirana

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

A Bpsych graduate in Health Sciences, Master’s Degree in media and and Diploma in marine studies with University of Netherlands

Angela Portia Gqirana has more than 15 years of management experience in skills Training and Development, 4yrs in Media and Public Relations.

More than 12years in corporate social responsibility and community development. She dedicated a few years in counselling of abused women and children in a shelter called USINDISO

3 years in Cooperate governance training. Angela was sitting as a Board Member for the South African Zambian Chamber of commerce and industries where Angela worked as a magazine Editor writing on trade and investment between SA and Zambia also focusing on Africa as a whole.

She has recently stepped down from UMPHATHI GROUP where she was CEO.

Not only is Angela a business woman she is also very passionate about poverty alleviation and transference of skills for the development of the youth in Africa.
